Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase govern all sales transactions conducted through RYSE Supplements Premium Outlet. By placing an order, you agree to these terms as an authorized reseller.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is not guaranteed until the order is processed. In the event of a stock-out, we will notify you immediately for a refund or exchange.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped 1–3 business days after processing. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 60-day return policy. Returns must be initiated via our support email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping is complimentary.
